Shenandoah Fog was captured back on June 20, 2003 in the Shenandoah National Forest in Northern Virginia as I was hiking the Appalachian Trail for the first time. This is another one of my oldest and better known shots. The feedback from images like this one helped pave the way for my continued passion for and success with photography.
